Wednesday January 3, at about 19.00 LT Cortesia was successfully refloated by SVITZER Salvage.  Two SVITZER UK based tugs,   SVITZER VICTORY of 64 t  and the SVITZER MERCIA of 55t  and the 52t  tug Multraship 7.   During high tide three tugs succeeded to refloat the vessel in their first attempt. The vessel has been escorted to a nearby anchorage for further inspection.
